Method: projects.locations.tcpRoutes.create

Creates a new TcpRoute in a given project and location.

POST https://networkservices.googleapis.com/v1/{parent=projects/*/locations/*}/tcpRoutes

The URL uses gRPC Transcoding syntax.

`parent`	`string` Required. The parent resource of the TcpRoute. Must be in the format `projects/*/locations/global`. Authorization requires the following IAM permission on the specified resource `parent`: `networkservices.tcpRoutes.create`
