To set WEB_SECURITY_SCANNER enablement state to "inherited" for folder "12345",
run:
gcloud alpha scc settings services inherit --folder=12345 --service=WEB_SECURITY_SCANNER - REQUIRED FLAGS

Service name in Security Command Center.
SERVICE_NAMEmust be one of:container-threat-detection,event-threat-detection,rapid-vulnerability-detection,security-health-analytics,virtual-machine-threat-detection,web-security-scanner.
